was formed in 1998 by the current directors ROB TREND and KEITH COTTON.
Both Robert and Keith have been involved with the property industry since
the mid 1970’s and are proud to have maintained a reputation of reliability
with continuous quality control and a professional, friendly approach to all
customer enquiries.

began and continues to be in the renovation of period properties. However
we were approached to consider applying our design and build skills to
properties other than our own and, to allow continuity of work, we accepted
these commissions. This steadily grew into the current situation of varied
contracts of maintenance and investment.
