Our brief was to carry
out a complete refurbishment to the property for a fixed budget. We
presented our ideas based on the requirements of our client and the
works consisted of redesigning the staircase following the removal of an
internal wall, redesigning the kitchen and fitting the new units,
redesigning the bathroom, redesigning the ensuite shower room, stripping
the floorboards to the through lounge and finishing to retain the
natural colour of the wood, redecorating throughout and the design and
installation of new lighting. The result is a stunning cottage,
modernised, while retaining as many of the existing futures which is the
charm of a turn of the century cottage
