Little Lodge
Location: Tadworth, Surrey
Description of works: Little Lodge was another purchase by Robert
Carey Developments which has undergone complete renovation. This is a
wonderful five bedroom house situated in Tadworth, Surrey. The house was
refitted with a complete new kitchen with black granite worktops. Both the
upstairs bathrooms were refitted with modern fixtures and fittings. The
carpets were taken up throughout the downstairs area of the house to reveal
the original parquet flooring. These floors were then carefully refurbished
and brought back to their former glory. A new central heating system was
installed and the house was redecorated both internally and externally.
